• Providing our real estate toolkit — CMA / home value estimates, the offer writer, and transaction tracking.
• Creating and sending documents you ask us to send (e.g., offer packages) to you, your co-buyer, and the listing agent.
• Signing you in and securing your account.
• Responding to support requests and troubleshooting issues.

You may sign in with an email and password, or with your Google account.

If you sign in with Google, we receive the basic profile information Google shares with us (your name and email address). We do not access, read, or send email from your personal Gmail account. All email sent through our platform is sent from Agent Optional's own address (e.g., offer@agentoptional.com).

We rely on trusted third-party services to run parts of the site:

• Google — sign-in (OAuth) and website indexing.
• DocuSign — electronic signatures for offer documents.
• MLS data providers (MLS PIN / CloudAgentSuite) — property listings and sold data used in our CMA and search tools.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Vercel / hosting provider — servers that host this website.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy, and we only share the minimum data needed for the service to function.

Listing and sold data shown in our tools comes from the MLS and is displayed under applicable MLS rules. We do not sell this data. Market estimates and CMAs are informational tools, not appraisals.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to make the site function. We do not currently run third-party advertising trackers. If we add analytics or advertising in the future, we will update this policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only: (a) with service providers that help us run the site, (b) with parties you direct us to include (such as your co-buyer or the listing agent on an offer), or (c) when required by law.

We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, secure password hashing, and restricted access) to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at the address below. You may also delete your account from your profile page.

Our services are intended for adults engaged in real estate transactions. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the “Last updated” date below.
