How The Process Works

Because of the way our investments are regulated, we only send investment opportunities to investors who qualify to join our community based on their business, real estate, or financial experience, or by meeting certain income thresholds.

If you qualify to join our Investor Community, you will be kept in the loop about future deals.

Opportunity Notifications about specific deals are sent out via email. This email will provide an overview of the deal and the chance to sign up for a live webinar reviewing the opportunity.

Leading up to the live webinar, you will be given additional information about the deal and reminders of the upcoming webinar.

Our team will host a live webinar to review the market, property, underwriting, lending, risks, assumptions, and projected investor returns. After our presentation, you will have the opportunity to ask questions live.

If you are unable to attend the presentation live, it webinar will be recorded. After the webinar, a link to the presentation with appropriate documents will be made available for your review on our private investor portal.

After the live webinar, you will have time to review the opportunity and ask follow-up questions via email or additional calls with our team to gain clarity. 

Investors are responsible for doing their own due diligence to determine if the opportunity lines up with their risk appetite and passive income goals.

Each deal fills up on a first-come, first-serve basis.

If you determine that you would like to move forward with a particular opportunity, you will make us aware of your decision and process your legal documents and investment through the secure investor portal.

Instructions and guidance for signing legal documents and making a secure investment will be provided on a per-deal basis.

While each property is unique for the distribution frequency, once the deal is closed, you will earn distributions and receive regular updates via email and investor reports through the portal!

While we strive to mitigate risk as much as possible, no investment opportunity is without risk. You will be made aware of both positive news and any downside hurdles in a prompt and direct fashion.

We firmly believe that our investors deserve to be treated with respect and transparency. The only thing worse than bad news is being kept in the dark.
